Philip joined Dorchester Collection as corporate director of revenue management in 2013 where he was responsible for aligning brand revenue and online strategy. Prior to this, he was director of revenue management at the Waldorf Astoria & Towers, New York and regional director of revenue management at Hilton Worldwide.

Pledging Dorchester Collection’s ongoing commitment to enhancing guest experiences at all touch points, Philip’s new role includes the added responsibility for contact centres, as well as client recognition, loyalty schemes and digital and email marketing.

Eugenio Pirri joined Dorchester Collection as vice president, people and organisational development in 2011, where he spearheaded a team responsible for all aspects of human resources, learning and development, employee and guest engagement, and innovation and corporate responsibility.

Remaining true to Dorchester Collection’s Values, Eugenio will continue to reshape the company’s culture, ensuring a sustainable future through long-term perspectives on how it leads and develops current and future talent, as well as the key interconnection between people and technology.

Prior to Dorchester Collection, Eugenio was regional human resources director of The Savoy and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Europe.
