Stage de 3 mois minimum à pourvoir dès Septembre 2010

-mise en place du matin et service du petit-déjeuner
-préparer les boissons chaudes
-débarrassage des tables avec discrétion
-contrôler les tables
-prendre les commandes
-gestion des réclammations des tables
-communication entre cuisine et salle
-mise en place du déjeuner et service

- Niveau BEP/CAP - BAC PRO - MAN - BTS
- Anglais souhaité
- Sens du contact, bon relationnel, sens commercial
- Excellente présentation
- Rigueur, motivation, organisation, dynamisme
- Souriant
- Rapidité
- Discrétion

- Convention de stage obligatoire
- La maîtrise du français est obligatoire
- Une gratification mensuelle de 398Euros est prévue ainsi que le remboursement de la moitié du montant de la « Carte Orange ».
- Les repas pris au restaurant du personnel sont pris en charge par l’hôtel
- Le logement reste à votre charge
- Si votre candidature est retenue, vous serez convoqué à un entretien à Paris.
