Stage de 6 mois minimum à pourvoir dès Août 2010

Prendre une part active dans l’activité du service événementiel au quotidien pour en comprendre le fonctionnement.
Etre force de proposition pour en développer les stratégies de vente et participer à l’optimisation des outils utilisés par les attachés commerciaux.
Réservations Banquets :
- Analyse des besoins des clients & upselling ;
- Edition des propositions clients ;
- Organisation des événements avec les différents services de l’hôtel ;
- Suivi des événements sur place ;
- Participation à l’élaboration des factures ;
Relation clientèle :
- Prise de rendez-vous avec les clients pour visite des salons
- Prise de rendez-vous extérieurs pour prospection
Projets :
- Participation au projet de réinstallation du logiciel de réservation Banquets
- Participation au développement de l’activité commerciale Evénementielle :
- Création d’offres
- Développement produit
- Analyses concurrentielles
- Elaboration de stratégies de vente
