Le deuxième commis est responsable du transport des marchandises. Il assure la mise en place des garnitures et la transformation des produits alimentaires. Il est responsable de l’entretien de son poste de travail et respecte les standards, les procédures de production et les normes d’hygiène HACCP en vigueur en sein de l’hôtel Ritz.

- Niveau BEP/CAP ou BAC PRO.
- Rigueur, motivation, organisation, dynamisme.
- Rapidité.
- 2 ans d'expérience minimum
