During these ten days, this Chef, renowned for his sense of produce, will be delighting taste buds and revealing some new exotic flavours to guests. A selection of noble, delicate dishes designed as an invitation to a journey, will enthral the finest of palates with their subtlety and surprising combinations, whisking them off to the heart of the Middle Kingdom.

The Chef plans to surprise gourmets with fine discoveries such as the Sliced crispy chicken with foie gras and grated chicken with jellyfish, Barbecue roast duck with flaxseed or indeed Sauté lobster and conch with seasonal vegetable skewers and black truffle. Finally the Treasury of three Shang Palace desserts rounds off this tasty journey with style.

Inventiveness and modernity are the key words for this exclusive gastronomic escapade from 17th to 28th September, with dishes available à la carte at lunch and dinner.

About Chef Mok Kit Keung

Virtuoso technician, Chef Mok Kit Keung has over 35 years’ culinary experience. He has served at prestigious establishments like the Raffles Singapore. Now serving at the Shang Palace restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, since October 2017, he is able to deploy all his creativity. Inspired by the unique style of the local culture, Chef Mok brings a modern, artistic touch to the dish presentation, bringing a new dimension to the culinary experience.
