To apply for a position at the "Remy" restaurant you must:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Speak English fluently.
Have at least 2 years of professional experience as a Demi Chef de Rang or Chef de Rang.
Experience in a Michelin Star or gastronomic (fine dining) restaurant is a must.
