Front desk supervisor (M/F)

The St. Regis Bora Bora is located in one of the most beautiful and romantic islands, set amid endless Pacific waters. The 90 bungalows sets within 22 acres offer a unique experience over the lagoon facing the Mt Otemanu.

Key responsabilities :
 

• Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, which includes VIPS, repeat guests, BonVoy members and any special requests
• Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.
• Overall Front Desk operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager. Performing all duties of Front Desk Agents as needed during the shift and peak periods of business (night audit included)
• Maintain a good working relationship with all Departments.
• Maintenance of Front Desk equipment and supplies.
• Solicit guest feedback and direct to social media for comments

• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Previous experience abroad and at Marriott will be appreciated
• Previous experience supervising employees. Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must work well under pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Computer skills required, knowledge of MS Office, Email, Opera, Marsha & Empower.
• Must be available to work a flexible work schedule based on business needs including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English and French is essential, another language will be appreciated.
