Global Corporate Sales Trainee / January 2020 (M/F)

The Corporate segment of the Global Sales Office (GSO) targets the biggest French corporation those listed on the CAC 40 and manages their business travelers by negotiating rates with our properties.
Missions and objectives:
The trainee will work closely with account directors and will assist the Global Sales Office in daily tasks and in the preparation of calls for bids:
Supporting corporate account directors in their daily tasks
Preparation & involvement in quarterly business reviews for corporate and MICE account directors
Analysis & negotiation of corporate rates and internal communication with hotels
Participation in monthly meetings to gain a greater insight on the French market
Supporting Group Desk by loading sales leads in CRM and doing follow up with hotels and clients
Participate in the organization of several key customer events:
Assist in the organization in our annual event with clients and hotels
Handled internal communication with hoteliers and various suppliers
Assist in the creation of newsletters and other promotional materials
Use marketing tools to increase brand awareness
Promote new establishments as priority hotels
6 month internship
French: fluent – mandatory;
English – proficiency in written and spoken
Computer: Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
Passion for sales, strong sense of organization and high level of autonomy
Salary and contract conditions:
The trainee will receive a remuneration of the legal minimum amount and 50% of the Navigo Pass will be refunded. The trainee will work 5 days a week, on a 35-hours basis. The sales office is open from Monday to Friday.
