Achieve monthly sales targets ; develop and maintain an updated customer database; retain existing clientele and secure new accounts; monitor competitors and market conditions; identify commercial opportunities for business development; prepare and execute sales action plans and strategies; participate to tradeshows and workshops, in national and international markets; sales calls to prospects and clients at local and national levels; maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports; ensure customer service and satisfaction and good client relationships; contribute to product development through ideation and innovation; manage sales team.
Salary : 2 500,00€ à 3 500,00€ /month
Essential Skill and experience required:
An previous experience of minimum 2 years in sales in the hospitality (Hotel/Agencies Venue/Catering Industry) if possible of equivalent standard;
A good knowledge of English (fluent level is require) as well of French, the knowledge of a third language will be preferable
A good knowledge of the Sales & Catering Opera
Strong negotiation and closing skills; good organization and prospecting skills, proven track record in new business development; effective time management; verbal and written communication skills; team management experience; ability to work within pressure environment.
