The Specialist, Clients Engagement for France, Benelux and Monaco will be based at our Paris Office and will be responsible for the successful execution of the loyalty experience for the target members of The Leaders Club, LHW’s guest loyalty program.
The Leaders Club is a critical growth driver for LHW and with the program relaunch in September 2018, we are seeking a highly motivated team member who will develop and execute marketing actions that can leverage the customer loyalty and retention. This role will be responsible for managing client expectations, inspiring the target audience and engaging with it through dedicated customer service, communications, events, CRM and for developing analytic reports.
The ideal candidat(e) for this role has a general marketing background and dedication to the high-end travelers that are part of our Leaders Club community.
Fluent in English, Dutch will be a plus
Passionate about engaging with clients
Past experience in loyalty programs and/or customer service, guest relations, reservations
Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury goods preferred
A team player
Detailed oriented, able to multi task different projects and skilled at problem-solving
Computer literacy - proficient at Microsoft Office
Responsible for execution of B2C marketing activities in French-speaking countries in Europe (France, Benelux and Monaco)
Perform market analysis and identify potential areas and trends based upon consumers’ needs and spending habits in order to define growth strategies along with weekly/monthly reporting
Plan and organize events (cocktail, dinners, activities) for top consumers in target market
Translation of targeted communications in local language and approval process
Guest Relations Management in terms of clients engagement into brand and loyalty program, assistance for special requests, engagement activities
