Join Ultima Collection in one of our exceptional properties.
We are looking for a trusted and talented Spa Therapist to join our team for our summer season from Mid-June 2022 to Mid-September 2022 at our luxury resort in Gstaad.
Missions :
Create a unique welcoming and departure as well as an unforgettable experience for the guests in the spa
Guide guests with through the reservation process, encouraging multiple treatments when possible
Performing different types of massages, beauty treatments and wellness therapies, in accordance with property standards
Keep work area clean of all clutter while maintaining professional appearance and standards
Recommend additional spa services and up-sell spa products
Focus on working in a safe manner and always create a safe working environment
Be familiar with all resort services/ features and local attractions to respond to guest inquiries
Profile :
Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist in a luxury Hotel / villa / chalet or onboard a luxury cruise
Massage therapist qualification required
Strong guest service skills
Fluent in English and French
Patience and respect
Well presented and professionally groomed
Strong communication skills and professional attitude
