Are you looking to take on your next challenge in the best ski resort in the world?
This is your chance to get on board for a period of 6 months (maternity cover) to dive into the Swiss Alpe and enter in the world of recruitment and training.
What is it exactly to be a recruitment and talent manager?
It means that for this role you will find real talents to build the team for the next season.
You will start your journey in May; you will be in charge to find 80 talents for the winter season 2023/2024, in parallel, you will be in charge to onboard the new talents for the summer season.
As part of the recruitment strategy, you will pack your suitcases for approximately 1 week every month to go across France and Europe to find our talents. You will plan and organize the trip for the casting day (booking ticket, hotel stay, billing and budget), organize the interviews upfront and be the ambassador of the W Verbier.
When you are not travelling, you will manage the different job boards used, screen CVs, plan interviews with the head of the department and add profiles to our talent pool.
Don’t worry you won’t be alone, the director of human resources will guide you and support you.
On the training side, you will facilitate the onboarding training for the new talents starting their summer season.
You will animate two days of training about Marriott and W standards, procedures and the importance of customer service.
Those days are very important to prepare the talents and have them ready for their journey with us.
All record of attendance needs to be tracked and added to the Marriott system Mhub for compliance.
As recruitment and talent manager, you will work with an open door policy for the talents and report any issue or important information to the head of the department and the director of human resources.
Part of the communication includes storytelling on social media and organizing the talent of the month event with the HR team.
Last but not least: Take Care Ambassador - you are a valuable team member sharing the Take Care mindset and leading initiatives throughout the year for the employees.
To perform the role we are looking for:
- Full fluency in French and English, Spanish is a plus
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment/turnover property.
- Flexibility and availability to travel for recruitment events.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
or
- 1-year experience in human resources recruitment manager/training, management operations, or related professional area.
- Bachelor / Master degree in hospitality
