Your day to day
Join us as a Bellboy M/F:
For this key position, we are looking for a professional who, under the supervision of our Chef Concierge will:
Welcome and orientate our guests upon their arrival within the hotel according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure every guest feels special during their stay.
Take care of the guests’ luggage and respect all the procedures.
Help when needed to the valet service and ensure is smooth and done in complete safety.
Bring special attention to our regular and VIP guests.
What we need from you
You have at least one year of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel with the same capacity.
You are fluent in English and French. Mastering a third foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Spain, Russia) is highly desirable. Ideally you know how to use Opera.
Recognized for your strong people-orientation and attentive listening skills, you aim to provide the best service possible to each of your guests and to make them feel special. You are autonomous, proactive and you like to go the extra mile to create a wow effect. You are a well-organised, efficient and reliable team player.
This position is to be filled as of July 2019 and is opened to Swiss citizens and EU passport holders.
