Night concierge - night auditor (M/F)
Duties and Responsibilities Six Senses Vision & Values
Fully understand and embrace Six Senses company vision and values and its application in all tasks associated with the host’s duty.
Adhere to all Six Senses brand standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.
Drop off and collect guest luggage according to the standards and procedures of the residences as and when required.
Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested by vehicle.
Load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles.
Check cleanliness inside and outside of the residence vehicles and report any found damage or faults.
Driving duties as directed by Supervisor in resort.
Check the lobby, helping to keep it clean and tidy and residences of any defects.
Assist the Concierge in keeping a proper working relationship and efficient co-ordination between the Concierge Desk and the Residence’s transportation service provider in order to provide fast and efficient service for the guests.
Enter data information into computer system for Guest Invoicing procedures, PMS.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests during the night shift from 00-00hr to 07-30.
Ensure the safety and security of the Residence building during the night shift from 00-00hr to 07-30.
Carry out security and fire safety checks throughout the Residence during the night by hourly patrols, and ensure all Residence entrances are secure and locked by keypad.
Monitor all Residence entrances by way of CCTV monitors at Concierge desk.
Answer and respond to any guest inquiries and requests by either providing accurate and appropriate information or noting all information down for the morning shift Host to attend to.
Handle customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
Report any illness, accidents befalling guests, irregularities to the Concierge Supervisor.
Brings immediately to the Concierge desk any item(s) left behind from the check-out of residences, and follow the standard operating procedure.
Ensure that guests’ expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.
Recovery philosophy in situations where service or product has failed to meet guest’s needs or expectations.
Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the residences by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the residences.
Empowered to and applies the principles of the Six Senses service.
Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fires and emergency procedures.
Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the residences is represented.
Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law.
Complete any other duty assigned by management.
Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming guideline.
Must participate and successfully complete training and educational programs by the company
Position Requirements Qualifications:
Secondary education is required. Technical certification or education experience is a plus. Driving licence minimum 3 years.
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Heavy lifting of materials up to 30lbs.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
