InterContinental Hotels Group Appoints New Executive Vice President of Human Resources

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG) today announces the appointment of Tracy Robbins to the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Tracy will take up her position on December 12th.

Tracy, 42, joins from Compass Group PLC where she held the position of Group Human Resources Leadership & Development Director. Previous to that, Tracy was Group HR Director for Forte Hotels Group, and has held a number of senior HR roles at Tesco Stores Ltd and British Home Stores.

Andrew Cosslett, CEO, InterContinental Hotels Group PLC said: “I am delighted to welcome Tracy to the business. Her expertise in managing change in large, multi-site organisations will be of great value as IHG sets out on its new strategic course”.

A graduate of Leeds University and married with three children, Tracy is a keen travel enthusiast who enjoys the opera.
