South Florida's Most Anticipated New Hotel

First Luxury Hotel to Open in Bal Harbour in 50 Years!

The Regent Bal Harbour, the first luxury hotel property to debut in Bal Harbour Village in nearly half a century, opened its doors today. The epitome of privacy and exclusivity, The Regent Bal Harbour brings unprecedented levels of sophistication, service and serenity - not to mention international flair - to the pristine oceanfront community.

Located on one of Bal Harbour's most pristine white-sand beaches, the 18- story, 124-room Florida oceanfront property affords inspiring panoramic views of the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway. Designed for timeless elegance, the hotel will also house a commissioned, museum-quality art collection featuring works by established and emerging American artists that evoke the Asian heritage of Regent Hotels & Resorts.

Guest rooms reflect The Regent Experience, playing out as elegant, sublime sanctuaries with subtle Asian influences. Set before ocean and bay views, each guest room and executive suite assures the utmost privacy and quiet with access from semi-private or private elevators. Bathrooms are outfitted with freestanding bathtubs placed before 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning water views.

For the ultimate in accommodation in Bal Harbour - or just about anywhere - the hotel's 18th floor is occupied by the extraordinary Presidential Suite. At 3,500 square-feet, including 702 square-feet of terrace, a theatre and media room; 46-bottle wine storage; and grand-piano bedecked living room. A Roman tub on the suite's master balcony offers breathtaking views of the Miami skyline and bay.

The Guerlain Spa at The Regent Bal Harbour unfolds as a 10,000 square-foot oasis of calm and luxury. Meander along bamboo flooring past the spa's limestone waterfall to discover the pleasures waiting in each of 15 treatment suites. With views overlooking Baker's Haulover Inlet and the Atlantic, guests can sample signature treatments such as Five-Senses Hydrotherapy, as well as a menu of Harmonizing Massages incorporating the latest anti-aging technology.

Discriminating diners find culinary contentment from the finest and freshest provisions at the hotel's signature ocean-view restaurant 1 Bleu, where the Executive Chef, Gerdy Rodriguez creates an inspired, contemporary menu full of Mediterranean flavors, combined with produce from South Florida green markets and savory local seafood. Guests may also dine poolside in a more casual atmosphere, or imbibe at the View Bar with an oceanfront lounge where the hotel's signature cocktail, the Bal Breeze, whets whistles better than East Coast humidity.

Get set to experience the finest of South Florida at The Regent Bal Harbour.
