Karma Margaret River
Development is shortly due to commence at one of Karma's newest resorts, Karma Margaret River in Western Australia. This signature resort heralds a new phase in the expansion of the Karma Portfolio, which continues to offer investors unrivalled opportunities for ownership in some of the world's most exclusive and spectacular locations. Famous throughout the world for its exceptional vineyards, Mediterranean climate and stunning coastline, Margaret River is truly one of the world's great holiday destinations. The development will feature 30 of the most exclusive luxury residences in the region; within a boutique resort unrivaled for its design and facilities. Set within five hectares of the estate's very own vineyards, the resort boasts a gourmet restaurant with premium wine cellar, private lake for boating & fishing, an owners' lounge and even its own hangars for light aircraft. From horse riding to sensational surfing, pot-holing or mountain biking, the recreational possibilities are endless; as are other opportunities to celebrate the idyllic charms of this ultimate get-away destination.

Karma Agung
Also nearing concept finalisation is the exquisite new villa estate, Karma Agung; named after the sacred and mystical volcano that rears skywards behind it. Located in Karangasem, the Island's beautiful and exotic eastern regency, Karma Agung lies adjacent to the world famous Amankila resort. East Bali is famed for its exclusivity and seclusion; which is why it remains a favourite amongst Hollywood stars and privacy seeking celebrities such as Russell Crowe and Nicole Kidman - it was also, famously, the location for Mick Jagger's marriage to Jerry Hall. The resort presents grand residences; prime beachfront properties and smaller residences spread out across the site. The largest of these will boast opulent central living areas, four pavilion-style bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large infinity pools overlooking the sea, two plunge pools and timber spa platforms overhanging the beach. A feature restaurant and beach club will complement the estate's accommodation and will stand as a new dimension in the growth of this up and coming area of Bali.
