Zuma, the dynamic Japanese restaurant and lounge at The Landmark Hong Kong, is opening for brunch on Sundays with a new menu designed for friends and families, priced at HK$428 per person and HK$198 per child.

Starting on April 20th from 11:30 am to 3 pm, the vibrant venue is presenting a unique twist on a brunch-style concept every Sunday to showcase its Japanese izakaya concept of informal eating and drinking.

The \"Zuma Baikingu\" brunch menu features a wide selection of starters and sushi from the sushi counter, and a range of hot appetizers.

Highlights of the starters and salads include teriyaki duck & Japanese cabbage, crabmeat & chilled soba noodles, grilled sanma fish & pickled vegetables, and fresh tofu & miso, as well as deliciously hot appetizers served on the counters straight from the charcoal Robata grill.

A choice of main courses is made to order from the open kitchen straight to the table.

Sushi options range from salmon and spicy tuna futomaki to Zuma’s signature chirashi maki.

A platter featuring Zuma’s creative mouthwatering desserts, designed for sharing, ends the ‘Zuma Baikingu’ brunch experience.

Zuma was opened by award winning chef and co-founder Rainer Becker, whose original concept was opened in 2002 in the hip Knightsbridge district of London, where it is now one of the capital’s most recognized restaurants.

At The Landmark in Central, the restaurant is on level 5, incorporating a level 6 Lounge and Bar. Cocktails and non-alcoholic cleansers are a hit with guests, with an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients, Japanese culture and spirit in mind. The Lounge and Bar also features one of the largest sake lists in town and a wine cellar with over 2,000 bottles of wines from around the world.

For those wanting to enjoy the sunshine and outdoors, Zuma’s 5th Floor terrace provides a great outdoor dining experience. Families and friends can enjoy some sunshine, a casual lunch, a garden area for children to play and even Zuma’s very own colouring books and colour pencils, created especially for the younger patrons.

Zuma’s 5th Floor outdoor terrace is the perfect venue to host parties and social gatherings during the upcoming Spring months. The versatile nature of Zuma’s terrace allows for any occasion; a family brunch in the sunlight, cocktails to celebrate a special occasion, or simply a dinner for friends or colleagues.

Zuma will also open on Sundays for Dinner at 6pm – 11pm and Zuma’s 6th floor Lounge will be open from 3pm until late.

Address: Level 5 and 6, The Landmark, Central, Hong Kong.
