Pan Pacific Singapore has appointed Joanne Chan as Director of Sales and Marketing and Ram Nurani as Executive Assistant Manager. The two individuals will support General Manager, Mr Ivan Lee in driving the success of the hotel and day-to-day operations.
Says Mr Lee, “Both positions are key to the operations and development of the organisation. With Joanne and Ram continuing to helm the organization in their new positions, we are assured of the strong leadership required to drive the hotel to greater successes.”
Joanne Chan – Director of Sales and Marketing
A successful hotelier since 1990, Joanne Chan was originally with Pan Pacific Singapore for seven years and rejoined in 2003. In her new capacity she will head the Sales & Marketing Department, driving initiatives to achieve the desired results. During her tenure, she has held various functional roles in Sales, Catering and Events and is well recognised for her strong leadership and team development. She has been instrumental in contributing to the success of the hotel.
Ram Nurani – Executive Assistant Manager
With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ram Nurani joined Pan Pacific Singapore in 2006 as Director of Revenue Management and has been instrumental in the successful revenue growth of the hotel through its transformation. His previous experience includes Revenue Development, Guest Services, Front Office and Rooms Management. As Executive Assistant Manager, his key focus is to drive Revenue, E–Commerce as well as managing Rooms Operations and supporting Sales and Catering functions.
