A new and exclusive concept is set to grace the shores of Juan Dolio Beach in the Dominican Republic. Las Arenas, a 25-story residential tower, offers the perfect combination of comfort, exclusivity and luxury living. Scheduled to break ground in the first quarter of 2009, Las Arenas recently celebrated its project launch with a successful event in the capital city of Santo Domingo, resulting in numerous sales and reservations for the project.

“The country’s economic growth is ideal for investing in Juan Dolio,” says developer Ayendy Marte, of Group G & S. “Las Arenas offers a beautiful beachfront view of the Caribbean Sea, a variety of nearby golf courses by signature designers, and an unbeatable climate; a tremendous value for anyone seeking that ‘perfect’ vacation home.” Residences at Las Arenas include one bedroom lofts, two, three and four bedroom condominiums, and penthouses. Each unit features eco-friendly technology, sound proof walls, and controlled entry with an access card. Two large parking levels enable residents to have the option of three parking spaces per unit. Prices range from $210,000 - $2 million USD.

The project will also feature an infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi with hydromassage that seats up to 15 people, beach club and recreational section for children with daily supervision, and a fully-equipped gym with a stunning beach view. Additional amenities include a business center and meeting rooms, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and a state-of-the-art commercial and retail area that will carry designer fashion brands, numerous restaurants from casual cafes to fine dining, and a boutique spa.
Las Arenas was designed by Dominican architect, Jorge Mesa, and world-famous Spanish landscaper, Artur Bossy, both professionals at the top of their fields with vast experience. An architectural icon, Las Arenas features an impressive tower with magnificent panoramic views of the beach and the city’s lush vegetation. The project has been designed giving more than 80% of the condominiums an ocean view.

Situated in an ideal location, Las Arenas is only 15 minutes from the Americas International Airport (AILA) and 40 minutes from the city of Santo Domingo. Equally, AILA is 35 minutes by plane from the International Airport of Punta Cana and 45 minutes from the International Airport of Puerto Plata.
