Sofitel introduces you a sweet journey with an irresistible charm of special desserts by Swiss Pastry Chef Patrick Bovon!
Joel Khalil, Executive Chef Sofitel Macau, introduces you to the magic of fine patisserie. “We invited Mr. Patrick Bovon, the award-winning Swiss Pastry Chef to showcase his passion and detail with fine patisseries. For dessert lovers, this is heaven and a promotion not to be missed.” He said.

Dinner Buffet
Enjoy our international buffet with a very special interactive dessert station by Patrick Bovon! To celebrate the occasion, each night guests will receive a succulent whole lobster and will go into the draw to take home one of Patrick divine cakes.

Patrick shares his secret recipes with you in this cooking master class, followed by a sumptuous afternoon tea buffet for all dessert lovers in town. On completion of the master class all participants will receive a Sofitel apron as a memento of this occasion. Plan ahead and reserve a seat in this valuable master class NOW!

Sofitel is pleased to launch premier afternoon tea. Inspired by the French culture this amazing afternoon tea will feature Moët Impérial, luxury tea’s from Ronnefeldt and a specially designed high rise stand full of French delights that will tantalize your taste buds.

Patrick Bovon’s Profile
A young and talented professional pastry chef passionate in the art of pastry! Patrick started his career at his young age in Switzerland, then his experiences were accumulated by working in various places such as the UK and Australia. He also received several major awards including Junior Swiss Champion at the European Junior Pastry Championship; in 2007, he led a team representing Switzerland to attend the Pastry World Cup held in Lyon and received the fourth place!
