GHM Bids Farewell to Ralf Ohletz Executive Vice President

Asian-based luxury hotel and resort operator GHM [General Hotel Management] reluctantly announces the departure of Mr. Ralf Ohletz, Executive Vice President.

“Ralf Ohletz has played an integral part in contributing to GHM’s enviable reputation as the global trendsetter for the hotel industry since the group was founded in 1992,” said Hans Jenni, President and Director of GHM.

Ralf Ohletz leaves GHM to take up a new role as President of Regent Hotels.

“I congratulate him on this prestigious appointment and would like to say that based on his outstanding contribution to GHM over the years I am confident in his ability to return the Regent brand to its former glory, “ said Hans Jenni. “ I wish him every success.”

Ralf Ohletz attended the School of Hotel Administration in Heidelberg, Germany before launching his hotel career at the London Hilton. Before joining GHM, he also subsequently worked at some of the world’s leading hotels including The Oriental Singapore, The Mandarin Hong Kong and The Pierre in New York.
