Hilton today announced it has joined forces with leading hotel reservation company Hotelzon to broaden its reach in the corporate travel market.
The new deal sees Hilton become a preferred provider of hotels to Hotelzon and will give all Hotelzon customers access to the latest information on Hilton availability and best rates. The deal is the latest in a series of new partnerships that give online real-time access to Hilton’s inventory.
Hotelzon, a leading provider of technology which enables corporate customers to book hotels directly, has an expanding network of services in Continental Europe, Scandinavia, the UK and China. The new agreement will utilize Hilton’s Transaction Engine system to ensure access to Hilton inventory is always in real time. The system ensures all bookings are made online instantly, thus increasing efficiency by reducing administration and providing guaranteed accuracy for all reservations.

The days of travel companies booking hotel rooms by fax are over – the admin waste is just not viable today. Online booking systems need to be able to react instantly to the market and give customers instant access to the latest information on availability and rates worldwide. The Hilton-Hotelzon deal is in line with the terms of the Accreditation programme announced by Hilton in June 2005. The terms of the contract ensure that the partnership is openly fair for both parties, while at the same time also paving the way to better deals for consumers.
