Radisson SAS Hotels and Resorts recently re-launched its Business Class and Royal Club room concept, offered at over 180 Radisson SAS hotels and resorts in 45 countries.

Radisson SAS’ revitalised Business Class and Royal Club concept is a result of extensive market research, customer feedback and trend analysis. One of the distinguished signature items will be the availability of stylish, smart and technologically advanced Nespresso coffee machines which come complete with a selection of some of the world’s highest quality Grand Cru coffees.

Earlier this year, Rezidor SAS announced a Preferred Partnership Agreement with Nespresso, making it the coffee partner of choice for over 180 Radisson SAS hotels and resorts. Under this agreement, all Business Class and Royal Club rooms and suites, and Meetings and Events facilities will feature Nespresso coffee machines.

Radisson SAS has already set the industry standard by being the first European hotel brand to offer Free Broadband Internet access in all guestrooms (including the Business Class & Royal Club rooms) and public areas.

In addition to the Nespresso coffee machine and free Internet access, the Business Class rooms and suites also feature:

 Free Breakfast with restaurant or room service option
 A high quality iron and ironing board
 Free premium/pay movies
 Upgraded bathroom amenities
 Free daily newspaper
 Free monthly magazine
 Turndown service
 Upgraded bathroom amenities

The Royal Club rooms and suites, in addition to all the above-mentioned facilities of Business Class, feature:

 Private check-in/check-out desk
 Royal Club rooms and suites located on separate floor
 A welcome drink
 A welcome gift
