Hilton has announced the opening of the Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront, a luxurious all-suite hotel on the beach in Ocean City. Ideal for couples and families traveling with children, the property offers full kitchens and whirlpool tubs in every suite, and an elaborate kids' activity pool with fountains, water slides and a lazy river. Guests will be surrounded by Caribbean ambience from the moment they enter the tropical atrium, and the Caribbean flair extends throughout the public areas and guestrooms. Located within walking distance to the famous Ocean City boardwalk, the Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront is fronted by a wide, sparkling beach and is close to an abundance of dining, golf and leisure offerings.
The Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront is owned and operated by Harrison Inn Stardust, Inc., under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., a franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT). The hotel is managed by the Harrison Group.

Each of the 225 suites is furnished with a full kitchen, 32" LCD television in the living room and bedroom, a whirlpool spa and the easy-to-set Hilton Family alarm clock with MP3 player connectivity. All suites have the new Hilton Serenity Bed, which features the Serta Suite Dreams(R) mattress and box springs, Pacific Coast(R) down duvet, Super Topper mattress pads, and high-quality linens and pillows. All guest bathrooms also have the Hilton Serenity Bath Collection, featuring the exclusive Crabtree & Evelyn line of La Source(R) bath amenities. The full kitchens include a residential-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The hotel also features six Terrace Suites with whirlpool tubs on their balconies, and a three-bedroom Penthouse Suite.
Recreation options abound at the Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront, from basking on the beautiful, white sand beach that fronts the hotel, to enjoying one of the three swimming pools or exploring the many nearby attractions. For adult guests, the north pool deck features a sundeck, large swimming pool and the Manana Mode bar and grill with swim-up seating. For families, the south deck features an elaborate zero depth entry swimming pool with fountains, waterslides and a lazy river. A third, indoor pool sits among lush landscaping and fountains. The hotel also offers a state-of-the-art fitness center and a game room.
The hotel's three main dining establishments are 32 Palm, a fine-dining restaurant with a Caribbean menu; Rumba's Lounge, offering beverages and light fare, such as sandwiches and salads; and the Manana Mode swim-up bar and grill at the north deck pool. The hotel offers the Hilton Eat Right(R) menu, offering health-conscious diners delicious and nutritionally-balanced meal options.
For business travelers and groups, the hotel offers a business center, wired high-speed internet in the guestrooms, wireless high-speed internet (WiFi) in the public areas, and a meeting room that can accommodate up to 70 attendees. The Ocean City Convention Center is within walking distance from the hotel, and can also be accessed via convenient public transportation.
Ocean City is a 10-mile long barrier island that sits between Isle of Wight Bay on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Ocean City's attractions include a three-mile boardwalk, more than 20 golf courses, miniature golf, spas, water parks and an amusement park. The waters off the island warm up during the summer, and stay warm until mid-November, making it an ideal late-summer or early-fall destination. In order to preserve the sand dunes and help maintain the island's ecosystem, the Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront is built several yards back from the beach, behind the dunes, but with easy beach access.
