Rezidor SAS hospitality, one of the fastest growing hospitality companies in the world, signed six new hotels in last week alone. These include The Regent Dubrovnik (Croatia); Radisson SAS Resort and Spa, Dubrovnik (Croatia); Radisson SAS Hotel, Cardiff (UK); Park Inn Sawley Marina, East Midlands (UK); Park Inn Belfast (Northern Ireland); and Radisson SAS Hotel, Dakar (Senegal).
The new additions bring Rezidor SAS portfolio to 279 hotels, in operation and under development, encompassing over 56,000 guestrooms in 50 countries. The group aims to increase its portfolio in Europe, Middle East and Africa, to a total of 700+ hotels by the year 2015.

THE REGENT DUBROVNIK, CROATIA
Regent, the luxury legend, will soon hoist its flag on an exclusive 120 guestroom property in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The guestrooms will offer spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea, which is considered to be one of the top diving destinations in the world. The hotel will be located in the eastern part of the Sungarden Resort area, and will feature an elite spa and wellness facility, in addition to specialty restaurants, bars and meeting facilities. The Regent Dubrovnik is scheduled to open its doors in March 2008. This is Rezidor SAS’ second Regent hotel in Croatia; the first one being in the capital city of Zagreb.
RADISSON SAS RESORT AND SPA, DUBROVNIK, CROATIA The first Radisson SAS property in Croatia will feature 203 contemporary guestrooms, state-of-the-art meeting and events facilities, three speciality restaurants and bars, and a superb wellness and spa facility spread out over 2,500 square metres, including a Thalasso therapy centre. Additionally, there will be 207 apartments which will also be managed by Radisson SAS. All units will be part of a holistic resort concept, which will also include a large sports centre, outdoor swimming pools and leisure facilities, a kids club and various food and beverage outlets. The Radisson SAS Resort and Spa, Dubrovnik will be located in the central part of Sungarden Resort, and will also be ready to welcome the guests in March 2008.
RADISSON SAS HOTEL, CARDIFF
The new Radisson SAS hotel in Cardiff will be located in city centre and offer its guests 200 stylish guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting and events facilities, and also leisure facilities. The hotel will be located within a five minutes walk from the main shopping area and the Millennium stadium, with the Opera House and Cardiff bay reachable within a ten minutes walk. Rezidor SAS already operates a Park Inn Cardiff offering 132 comfortable guestrooms. The Radisson SAS Hotel, Cardiff is scheduled to open in October 2008.
PARK INN SAWLEY MARINA, EAST MIDLANDS, UNITED KINGDOM The Park Inn Sawley Marina, East Midlands (UK) will be located close to East Midland Airport, adjacent to Sawley Marina, off the M1 Motorway. The hotel, which will offer 150 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, conference and meeting rooms, and spa facilities, will cater primarily to the corporate business and tourist sectors. The Park Inn Sawley Marina is due to open in the autumn of 2007.
PARK INN BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND
The Park Inn Belfast will offer 145 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms, as well as wellness and leisure facilities. The hotel will be located in the city centre, which has undergone a metamorphosis in recent years with heavy investment in the tourism infrastructure so becoming a real destination for weekend leisure travellers and MICE. Guests will be in easy reach of the local amenities such as the City Hall, the Albert Memorial Clock, the Opera House, the Belfast Waterfront Hall and more. The hotel is planned to open in May 2008.
RADISSON SAS HOTEL, DAKAR, SENEGAL
With the Radisson SAS Hotel, Dakar, Rezidor SAS enters into a brand new country of operation. The newly built hotel will have approximately 180 guestrooms, a restaurant, two bars, meeting and conference rooms, a swimming pool, a health club and indoor parking facilities. The hotel will be part of a mixed use development consisting of, amongst other things, up-market retail shops, fully furnished apartments and a large fitness and wellness area. The hotel will be located on the Fann Corniche, a ritzy waterfront location with a high concentration of villas and embassies. Dakar is the commercial and political capital of Senegal, which surrounds Gambia and shares borders with Mauritania, Mali, Guinea and Guinea-Bissau. Dakar International Airport is one of the busiest airports in West Africa, connecting several cities in Europe, Africa and the USA. Dakar is on the westernmost point of Africa. The Radisson SAS Hotel, Dakar is expected to open in the spring of 2008.
