Hotel to Open New All-Day Eatery, Made Market, Offering Guests a Comfortable, Flexible and Fresh Dining Experience

DoubleTree by Hilton announced today that its downtown Tulsa hotel has been selected as the beta site for a new dining concept scheduled to roll out in other markets across the nation in 2013. Made Market, a $2 million project under construction now in Tulsa, is an all-day eatery that blends the convenience of a gourmet market with the allure of a brick oven gastropub.

From the morning buzz of fresh coffee and pastries to a late night pint of Marshall's beer, Made Market will offer guests a comfortable, flexible and fresh dining experience with locally-sourced products that are relevant and delicious.

“DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown is thrilled to be the first to launch Made Market, a whole new dining experience for both hotel guests and downtown regulars,” said Bruce Sneller, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown. “Given the growth in downtown's nightlife and the level of activity in Tulsa's hospitality market, there could not be a better place than Tulsa to debut this new concept. Made Market is made for Tulsa!"

As with all DoubleTree by Hilton hotels nationwide, Made Market is focused on providing quality food options that keep pace with the developing culinary world. With a delicious, healthful selection of American dishes, guests will look forward to the great selection of items on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menus at Made Market.

The new Made Market at DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown offers a full-menu, quick-service dining experience with various dining options, including a main dining room, a living room for lounging, a bar, and an herb ‘Garden Room’ in the front window section as you enter the restaurant. Guests may eat in or place take away orders for food and drink at the counter and runners will deliver the order to individual tables and guests' rooms. The open display kitchen cooks up breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the buffet will have home-style soups, fresh from-the-oven flatbreads and pizza. Classic and locally inspired deli offerings fill the sandwich board and salads are tossed to order. The food options emphasize healthy, authentic choices from both established national and local brands, including beer* from Tulsa-based Marshall Brewing Company and as well as locally-sourced honey, jam, meats and other foods.
