Nobu Hotel São Paulo will not only offer Nobu's sought after gastronomic offering directly to guests' rooms but will also feature a rooftop bar and pool, event space, fitness and health center and 15,000 square meters of exclusive Nobu Residences. This will be the second exclusive Nobu Residences project following the successful planning, launch and sales of Nobu Residences Toronto. Nobu Hotel São Paulo will be operated by Nobu Hospitality under a long term management agreement with the owner of the project being Address Consulting and Associates under their CEO & Founder Ester Endo, and Fabiano Barletta, Commercial Partner.
