From April 2018, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square welcomes Vincent Hoogewijs as Regional Vice President and General Manager. Following a long career with Four Seasons, Hoogewijs makes the move from his most recent post at Four Seasons Hotel Amman in the Middle East to Europe to oversee the team at Ten Trinity Square.

Belgian-born Hoogewijs began his career in food and beverage before moving into hotel operations with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, accepting his first role with Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok (formerly a Four Seasons hotel) in 2004 as Hotel Manager. Following this initial post, Hoogewijs moved from Sydney to Mumbai and Mexico, before returning to lead the team at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok once more as Regional Vice President and General Manager.

His seventh appointment with Four Seasons at the historic Ten Trinity Square in London will be an exciting move for Hoogewijs and family. “London is a diverse city and has a lot to offer in terms of hotels and restaurants. It’s a great time to be moving to the city and I’m looking forward to getting to know the local area surrounding Ten Trinity Square.”

Hoogewijs is still passionate about food and beverage, and his love of cooking at home is testament to this. Other hobbies include playing squash and cycling on weekends, and hiking and fishing at each new destination he visits. Like most Belgians, he is multi-lingual, and travel has always very much been a part of his lifestyle.

Indeed, Hoogewijs’ role as Regional Vice President will see him continue to oversee other properties within the Four Seasons portfolio. “I’m looking forward to the transition, retaining my existing responsibilities as a Regional Vice President but taking on a new challenge in London at Ten Trinity Square,” says Hoogewijs.

The Hotel, which celebrated its one year anniversary in January 2018, features 100 rooms plus 41 Private Residences and a Private Member’s Club. Hoogewijs will put his food and beverage background to good use with three dining outlets including Michelin starred La Dame de Pic London, overseen by acclaimed French Chef Anne-Sophie Pic; Chinese and Japanese restaurant Mei Ume; and 1920s style lounge and bar venue, Rotunda. A comprehensive Spa and Fitness Centre as well as two distinctive events venues, including the historic UN Ballroom, complete the Hotel’s facilities.
