Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) adds five new members to the brand’s portfolio

New properties in the brand’s portfolio include the newly renovated Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown, the Loews Kansas City Hotel in Kansas City, MO, the Live! By Loews Arlington in Arlington, TX, the Hongqiao Jin Jiang Hotel and Kunlun Jing An, both located in Shanghai, China.

Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown

Winner of an esteemed AAA Four Diamond Award, the newly renovated Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is located in Washington’s fashionable West End and adjacent to historic Georgetown. The luxury hotel boasts some of the finest accommodations and meeting spaces in the destination, encompassing 413 guest rooms and over 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel offers the perfect setting for an array of functions, from large conferences to intimate cocktail receptions and casual events. Other amenities include a cherry blossom-filled courtyard, a revitalized lobby and bar, and the new 2,990 square-foot Kennedy Ballroom, one of Washington, D.C.’s most sought-after venues.

Live! By Loews Arlington, Arlington, TX

Part of a $4 billion vision for Texas’ Arlington Entertainment District, the new Live! By Loews Arlington is scheduled to open in 2019 and will provide guests with an upscale experience that blends sports and entertainment with first-class hospitality. The 14-story property, which will be ideally located between the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Park and the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium in Arlington, will feature 301 luxury guest rooms, five meeting rooms and a Grand Event Center with more than 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Other meeting options include an event lawn, an outdoor infinity pool and a 1,500 square-foot outdoor terrace overlooking Johnson Creek and the Entertainment District.

Loews Kansas City Hotel, Kansas City, MO

Slated to open in Spring 2020, Loews Kansas City Hotel is one of the newest developments by Loews Hotels. The property will showcase 800 guest rooms, as well as a lobby bar, signature restaurant, indoor lap pool and 60,000 square feet of meeting and event space, which will be directly connected to the Kansas City Convention Center with a new connector bridge. The hotel is also located within walking destination of key attractions and landmarks, including the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Sprint Center, KC Streetcar and the vibrant Kansas City Power & Light District, making it a prime location for guests to take in all the sights and sounds of the lively locale.

Hongqiao Jin Jiang Hotel, Shanghai, China

The Hongqiao Jin Jiang Hotel is inspired by a timeless European-Oriental appeal nestled between downtown Shanghai and the Hongqiao International Airport. The Forbes Five-Star, 587 guestroom hotel, provides 20,451 square feet of indoor meeting space and 450 square feet of outdoor meeting space. Venues include a spectacular grand ballroom, which can accommodate up to 800 guests, and ten small to medium-sized meeting venues that can cater to parties as small as ten people. Other hotel amenities include a restaurant on the 27th floor with sweeping city views, five award-winning restaurants and bars, a fully-equipped fitness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage facilities.

Kunlun Jing An, Shanghai, China

Situated within the heart of Shanghai’s business and entertainment district, The Kunlun Jing An is a sophisticated hotel that provides guests and visitors easy access to some of the city’s main attractions including the Shanghai Exhibition Center and exclusive Nanjing Xi and Huaihai Lu shopping streets. The hotel features a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, free high-speed WiFi, an array of dining options and 2,500 square feet of indoor meeting space, catering to a plethora of meetings and gatherings.

With these additions, ALHI’s portfolio now features five hotels in Shanghai, China, ten hotels in Texas, two hotels in Kansas City and eight hotels in the Washington, D.C. area.
