The new yoga class is designed to help little ones tap their inner powers, with the help of some costumes of their favourite idols. The twice-weekly session balances keeping kids entertained and relaxed through a range of yoga poses you’d expect super heroes to perform.
The 30-minute classes are suited to children from ages 2 to 12 years old, and a maximum of six kids can attend each class. Parents wishing to embrace their own hero dreams are welcome to join in too.
