Mr. Gabino, 42, moves to Thailand from South Korea where he has been working as Hotel Manager of the 434-room Conrad Seoul, part of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, since July 2015.
His previous experience includes the role of Director of Operations for the Jumeirah Group in Dubai where he was responsible for the F&B operations at three hotels (Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Madinat Jumeirah) and the successful transformation of hotel managed restaurants into popular, stand-alone dining venues. Earlier in his career, Ruben Gabino held management positions in the United States, Europe, South and Central America.
