The Barcelo Maya Beach Resort's two Premium hotels, The Barcelo Maya Colonial Beach and The Barcelo Maya Tropical Beach Hotels, as well as the Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya Hotel in Puerto Vallarta were all recently honored with the distinguished rating of The Golden Apple Award by Apple Vacations. Apple Vacations is the leading tour operator in Mexico and awards a select group of hotels with the Golden Apple Award -- its highest rating that recognizes exceptional standards of quality, service and value. These hotels are listed in Apple Vacations collateral with a Gold Apple symbol next to their name as an indication of superior service and facilities.
About the Barcelo Maya Tropical Beach & Barcelo Colonial Beach Hotels
This is the second consecutive year that the Barcelo Maya Tropical Beach & Maya Colonial Beach Hotels have been recognized with the Golden Apple Award. The all-inclusive hotels are the Premium properties at the all-inclusive Barcelo Maya Beach Resort. The hotels which opened in 2006, offer a selection of 10 continental style restaurants, four gourmet restaurants and ten bars. About The Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya
Overlooking the Mismaloya Bay, The Barcelo Las Jolla de Mismaloya is an all-suite, all-inclusive hotel situated in its own tropical garden that is minutes from historic downtown Puerto Vallarta. The hotel is completing a multi-million dollar renovation that includes remodeling of all of its one-bedroom guest suites as well as the addition of a new spa and new restaurant. The hotel recently completed a beach restoration project.
Each of the hotel's 304 guest suites enjoys private terraces with spectacular ocean or garden views.
