Rezidor has the pleasure of inviting you to its Capital Market Day 2007, which will be held in Berlin 6th of December. We also extend an invitation for an optional Welcome Dinner on the evening of the 5th. The focus of the Capital Market Day will be how a Hospitality Manager like Rezidor Hotel Group is Increasing Profitability and Reducing Risk.
The Capital Market Day will be held at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Berlin, one of the finest examples of Rezidor’s new breed hotels. There will also be opportunity to visit the 1,012-room Park Inn Berlin-Alexanderplatz, the very first Park Inn hotel in Rezidor’s portfolio, and the luxurious Regent Berlin with its Michelin star award winning gourmet restaurant Fischers Fritz.
On December 6th, Rezidor’s CEO, CFO and other key executives will be presenting the group’s profile and strategies in the conference centre in Radisson SAS Hotel, Berlin, focusing on Increasing Profitability and Reducing Risk for a Hospitality Manager. The key topics of the day will include:
• Choosing the right CONTRACT for every location
Characteristics of the different contract types and the risks and earning potentials of our contract mix.
• Specific BRAND solutions for specific market opportunities
How we build, manage and evaluate our brands.
• GROWTH, expanding the world of Rezidor through capitalising on experience
Opportunities for growth and margin improvement: markets, market positions and expansion.

• The CMD will be held from 9:00 to 17:00 CET on December 6th.
• Rezidor’s management is hosting an optional Welcome Dinner on the evening of December 5th. For those arriving on December 5th, Rezidor will arrange accommodation at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Berlin.
