Vineet is energetic, creative and a strategic thinker. One of the key pre-opening members at The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon, where he spearheaded Sales and Marketing operations from pre-opening to the first year of operation, Vineet will once again play a pivotal role when it comes to The Leela Palace New Delhi.
With over 13 years of experience and an expansive knowledge of the Hospitality, Telecom and Investment Banking industries, Vineet has overseen a number of projects and many strategy assignments with Intercontinental Hotels, the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and the Strategic Capital Corporation.
He credits his successes to a strong educational foundation. An MBA graduate from the Aberdeen Business School, he was amongst the select few to be chosen as an associate member of ‘Scottish Network International’ and later hand-picked to work as a marketing manager and financial analyst for The Essentia Group, where he played a strategic role in the management buy-out of the company.
In his personal time, Vineet enjoys riding his motorcycle, a Royal Enfield, with wife Preeti as his navigator. He also enjoys an occasional good book and Indian cooking.
