Kanuhura, a Sun Resorts property located in the Maldives, Indian Ocean, was awarded the most coveted ‘World Best Luxury Private Island Resort’ commendation at the World Luxury Hotel Awards Gala Ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur on October 13, 2012. The multi-awarded 5-star island hideaway, a member of the prestigious circle ‘The Leading Hotels of the World’, won this prize among a list of competitors which comprised of the world’s finest island properties.
