If you're looking to clear your head and enjoy a good workout, then come and discover the hottest discipline of the moment: Aqua Yoga.
Perfect for improving breathing capacity and gaining confidence in the water while making a physical effort in a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
The ultimate: the session takes place in the sublime setting of ODYSSEY, a haute couture setting designed by Karl Lagerfeld. Pool, terrace, gardens, pool house: the spaces blend their curves, the elements melt and merge around the heated seawater pool.
You start by doing a series of warm-up postures by the pool before diving into the water for more tonic exercises with positions aimed at relaxing, controlling your breathing, balance and body alignment, but also at working your muscles in depth.
Carried by the water, you will feel your muscles less and will therefore be naturally invited to relax more.
Aqua Yoga is accessible to all, men, women, children, sportsmen and women, and can even be practiced by pregnant women and people suffering from arthritis and rheumatism.
This 45-minute activity is fun and relaxing and is recommended to fill up with energy, let go and build up muscles. It combines all the elements to make you feel like a fish in water during a session and to leave with a general feeling of well-being.
