For the Easter weekend, Chef Claire Santos Lopes has elaborated a unique afternoon tea time experience at Salon Fines Bulles on Saturday March 30. Delight in a collection of pastries, savoury bites and exquisite travel cakes. This special occasion will allow our Chef to reveal, in one of her creations, her new signature couverture chocolate: Intuition 80%.
