Hilton will debut LivSmart Studios by Hilton for the first time this quarter, with brands expanding into new corners of the world, such as the first Conrad Hotels & Resorts in Germany and DoubleTree by Hilton’s debut in Pakistan.

Palacio de Godoy Caceres, Curio Collection by Hilton

Housed within a 16th-century palace originally built by the Conquistador Francisco Godoy and thoughtfully restored by artisans from both Extremadura and Peru, the hotel invites guests on a cultural journey inspired by Godoy’s tornaviaje—his symbolic ‘return voyage’ from Peru. Earlier this year, Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton embarked on a comprehensive lobby renovation with design and development spearheaded by Robinson Park. Creative direction drew deeply from the hotel’s storied past, thoughtfully blending historic character with modern refinement. The design team took its initial inspiration from the original mosaic floor tile, using its colorful motifs to instill a warm yet balanced color palette. This connection to the past is echoed through recreated art pieces of the hotel’s cherished memorabilia, which will be on display throughout the lobby space. Centrally located between Herald Square and NoMad, the historic landmark boasts a highly accessible location for both corporate and leisure travelers.
