About the role
The Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the hotel's rooms and suites. She/he must carry out her/his work in accordance with Four Seasons standards, paying attention to guests' needs and trying to exceed their expectations.
What you will do
To respect the service sequences for the complete cleaning of the hotel's rooms and suites while complying with Four Seasons standards in accordance with the expectations and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that the equipment in the rooms is working properly (lights, heating/air conditioning, household appliances, etc.), and reporting any anomalies to the Housekeeper.
Ensures that bed linen and towels are changed in the rooms according to guest requests, and maintains sufficient stocks to ensure continuity of service and management of dirty and clean linen.
Keeps an up-to-date room report for the day and checks that it is consistent (guest names, bed changes, departures, etc.). Keeping the Housekeeper informed of all customer complaints in order to ensure quality follow-up, and informing the Floorkeeper of any technical problems encountered in the room so that the necessary repairs can be made.

Valid work permit
Languages: Fluent French and English preferred
Thoroughness, availability, sense of service and discretion
What we offer
39-hour seasonal contract
Salary communicated during interview
Uniform supplied et laundered for operating staff
One meal per shift at our Employees’ Cateferia
As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)
