DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Supporting the Chef de Rang in all matters
General mise-en-place and touch-up work
Serving food and drinks
Ensure professional food and beverage service in compliance with Swiss Deluxe and Leading Quality Standards as well as our ISO quality management standards.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Completed apprenticeship in the hotel or gastronomy industry
First work experience in a similar position
Confident German and English skills, knowledge of French is an advantage
Ability to work in a team, willingness to work and learn, confident and well-groomed appearance
Friendly and sympathetic nature and pleasant manners
