For the 23rd edition of the European hotel industry conference 196+ forum Munich, the call for entries for the "Hotel Property Award 2025" started, which is aimed at European hotels that have been built and opened between January 2024 and June 2025 or which have been completely closed rebuilt, repositioned and reopened in the same timeframe.
The prize will be awarded at the 196+ forum Munich on Wednesday, October 8, during the gala evening. This year's competition is again looking for innovative hotel and hospitality concepts that have dealt with the still changing conditions for the international hospitality industry and have implemented this in terms of design and concept.
The call for entries addresses hotel developers as well as owners and operators and architects.
City and vacation hotels from all over Europe that stand out from the competition with a successful overall concept of architecture, design and innovation can apply for the industry award. The decisive factor is the homogeneous combination of the individual aspects into a successful and economically successful hotel concept, regardless of the hotel's categorization.
The application process takes place on-line, for the participation in the competition a nominal fee of 159 euro plus value added tax is raised. The prestigious prize is being awarded for the 23rd time.
