THE PENINSULA HOTELS WELCOMES FERIA KAZEMI AS DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS (China)
The Peninsula Hotels is delighted to announce the appointment of Feria Kazemi as its new Director of Communications. Ms. Kazemi joined The Peninsula at its global headquarters in Hong Kong earlier this year, after relocating from the United Kingdom.

Feria brings to the role more than a dozen years of international communications expertise across both the travel and technology industries.
Most recently, she served as a Reputation & Industry Relations Manager, EMEA, for Google, based in London, UK. Prior to Google, she served as a Senior Communications Manager for Tripadvisor and Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
Originally from Canada, Ms. Kazemi began her career managing media relations for The Government of Ontario. She subsequently moved on to Apple, where she handled communications for the company's Toronto-based corporate office.
In her new role for The Peninsula, Feria will lead global campaigns to drive brand awareness through earned media, compelling content, and impactful brand partnerships. She will also serve as a designated representative of the legendary, nearly 100-year-old hospitality brand.

Ms. Kazemi has a Master of Arts in International Communications and Development from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Communications and Political Science from the University of Ottawa, in her native Canada. She speaks several languages, including English, French, and Farsi.
