Restaurant manager brasserie Vue / Lobby (M/F)
What you will do:
You are the host/hostess of the Brasserie VUE
Responsibility for the entire service process of the Brasserie VUE, breakfast, Le Lobby, room service, and in summer, the VUE terrace
Management of the approximately 25-member service team
Responsible for employee development and training
Participation in offer design and conceptual work around the Brasserie VUE
Staff planning including vacations and absences
Participation in team recruitment
Responsibility for achieving budget targets and taking necessary sales measures What we offer:

A passionate host
You have passion, are innovative and ready to write a new chapter in an “institution.”
Completed REFA apprenticeship and/or training at a recognized hotel management school
Fluent in German and English; French and other language skills are an advantage
Professional interaction with guests from politics and business
Open personality with a charming manner
Eye for detail
Enjoyment in dealing with guests and employees
Affinity for social media, culinary arts and gastronomy
