F&B manager (M/F)





Delightfully Parisian, The Peninsula Paris hotel is ideally located in the heart of the capital, just steps away from some of the world's most famous monuments, museums, and luxury boutiques. The iconic Haussmannian building comprises 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites that are among the most spectacular in the city. In collaboration with the wonderful team at The Peninsula Paris, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager.

Key accountabilities

 

  • Ensure that all F&B operations operate with the objective of maximising profit while delivering product and service excellence; utilizing data metrics and KPI analysis to ensure monthly and annual revenue targets are met or exceeded in the division.
  • In collaboration with the Director of F&B, assist in the development of strategic plans and implement new projects aimed at improving the products, profitability, and services of the F&B department. 
  • Conduct and analyse current trends in the market and make recommendations on what can be applied to current F&B operation in the hotel to consistently evolve the food and beverage offering through creativity and innovation.
  • Ensure the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene are maintained, reporting employee and guest accidents, and responding properly to any hotel emergency.
  • Ensure productivity levels are achieved and prudently manage labour/payroll costs within budgetary requirements.

 

 

 

General requirements

 

  • Minimum 4 years in a similar role within luxury hotels.
  • Is a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.
  • Strong people leader having prior experience managing diverse teams.
  • Fluent English language skills and presentation ability.
  • Creative, innovative with extensive food and beverage knowledge.
  • Good working knowledge of financial tools and processes (e.g. budgeting).
