OUR COMPANY OVERVIEW
Located in one of the region’s most prominent ski areas, Six Senses Crans-Montana in the canton of Valais is just two hours by car or train from Geneva. It comprises 47 guest rooms and suites, with several Six Senses residential units already completed and available for purchase under a special provision that is one of the last construction projects able to offer residences for sale to foreigners. Two restaurants are planned as well as a sun terrace and bar plus a retail space. Wellness offerings include a 22,000 square foot (2,000 square meter) Six Senses Spa specializing in Alpine treatments, a gym and fitness studio, swimming pool and suspended relaxation area. The spa will also include a dedicated area for children and teen treatments. Six Senses Crans-Montana will be fully operational in 2022.

Reservations Agent (M/F)
My duties and responsibilities will include:
Process new reservations, update and clean up reservations, process advance deposits, answer reservations inbox emails within 24 hours, process reports
Check and handle for special requests and hard blocking rooms as needed.
Contact guests or travel agents to clarify any discrepancies in preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
Monitor and update internet reservation system in coordinate with respected hosts.
Assist in the management of the guest history and profile system.
Ensure all reservations daily are completed with all necessary guest information, profile information and rate/market/source codes with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure that the statistic information is all entered and updated
Assist the Reservations Director to achieve the maximum possible occupancy and average room rate to meet forecasted and budgeted figures.
Resolve feedback from clients regarding reservations and take immediate remedy action.
Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners
Upsell all resort facilities and activities.
Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
Skills and Experience:
To execute the position of Reservations Agent, I have the required qualifications:
Experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels
Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than one year’s experience in a similar hotel operational role.
Technical skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRS platforms.
I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts, MICE platforms and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings
Fluent in English and French
European or Swiss passport
