Assistant Housekeeping Manager (M/F)

Set to open its doors in 2026, Airelles Venezia marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we prepare to reveal our first Maison outside France. Join the founding team and play an essential role in the creation of this sanctuary of luxury on the island of Giudecca, where generous rooms and suites, extraordinary private gardens, a multi-level spa and spectacular views of the Piazza san Marco will await our guests.
Main responsibilities:
Assist the housekeeping manager in coordinating daily operations.
Ensure the respect of the operational procedures, quality standards and guest satisfaction and provide ongoing feedback to the team.
Assist with training and hiring of new team members.
Oversee the management of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support daily operations
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and maintain a seamless operation.
Deputise for the housekeeping manager as needed
