To complete our Spa team, we are looking for this Winter 2025/2026 :
Spa Therapist M/F
Reporting to our Spa Director, your role will be to provide treatments and sell products, offering professional advice to customers while complying with current standards and procedures.
Your main responsibilities will be :
Carrying out facial treatments, massages, scrubs and wraps in accordance with the treatment protocols defined by the Nescens brand.
Providing manicures, pedicures, make-up and waxing treatments
Promote the Spa's treatments and products by providing professional advice.
Keep the treatment areas and cabins clean and tidy at all times
Ensuring that the necessary stocks, equipment and products are available in the cabins
Inform your manager of any customer complaints or any information concerning the team
Promote the various services offered by the hotel and the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group
Apply the quality standards of the hotel and Leading Hotels of the World
Profile required:
You are a graduate of a CFC Esthetician / BTS Esthetician - SPA Practitioner.
You must have 1 to 3 years' professional experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel spa.
Fluency in English is essential, any other language would be an asset
Skills in beauty care techniques: manicure, waxing, pedicure, reflexology, etc. would be a real asset
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are essential, as are a sense of customer service, empathy and dynamism.
You'll be smiling by nature, and your autonomy, organisation, flexibility and availability will be major assets for this position.
