Luxury boutique hotel welcoming an international clientele from December to April, located in the heart of the Courchevel 1850 resort, Les Grandes Alpes*****, has 30 rooms or 9 apartments and offers personalized service with dedicated butlers. The hotel has a Bellefontaine Spa, a "L'Atelier" ski room, a hairdressing salon, a "Le Bellini's" bar and a starred restaurant, the "SW 1850" with at commands chef Sylvestre Wahid**. Ski-in ski-out, with direct access to the 3 Valleys area, the largest ski area in the world, we do everything we can to ensure that our international customers can have an unforgettable experience. Butler (M/F)
Under the supervision of the Head Butler, you will serve as the ambassador of our expertise, ensuring flawless service while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Welcome and Support
Deliver a unique guest experience: Be present at every stage of the stay, from arrival to departure.
Ensure seamless guest installation and daily comfort (introducing hotel and resort services, packing/unpacking, etc.).
Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth, acting as their dedicated point of contact.
2. In-Room Service Management
Serve breakfast in suites according to established procedures and clear tables afterward.
Organize lunches and dinners in suites, coordinating with relevant teams.
Manage Room Service requests and ensure timely execution.
Prepare VIP arrivals: Inspect rooms and arrange personalized touches.
3. Concierge and Coordination
Relay concierge requests to the Reception/Concierge team and follow up with guests.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest expectations (bookings, activities, etc.).
Record guest preferences and specific requests in dedicated systems (Cardex/Opera).
4. Operational Management
Inspect rooms before guest arrival and oversee their upkeep.
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in pantries (supplies, food items).
Address and resolve guest concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
5. Administrative and Reporting Duties
Conduct in-room check-ins and bill additional services as required.
Prepare daily activity reports and hand over key information during shift changes.
Ideal Candidate Profile Technical Skills
Mastery of specialized skills:
Garment folding, table setting, and fine dining etiquette.
In-depth knowledge of:
Hotel services and amenities.
Professional software (Micros, Microsoft Office).
International luxury hospitality standards, particularly in Courchevel.
Cultural customs and etiquette of global clientele.
Local attractions and activities.
Personal Qualities

Versatile, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Courteous, empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience and Education
Minimum 2 years of experience as a butler or in a direct guest-facing role within luxury hospitality/dining.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Languages
Fluent English is essential.
Proficiency in an additional language (Russian, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish, or Arabic) is highly desirable.
