Guest Relation Agent (M/F)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual guest support on site in German, French and English
Organization of transfers, ticket and restaurant reservations
Luggage and guest car coordination
Operating the telephone switchboard (answering and forwarding calls d/e/f)
General work at the lodge, assistance at reception QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area
Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
Good computer and MS Office skills
Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud)
Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent
